Isa 50:1 Thus saith the LORD {H03068 yhwh} Where is the bill of your mother s divorcement {H03748 keriythuwth} whom I have put away {H07971 shalach} or which of my creditors is it to whom I have sold you Behold for your iniquities have ye sold yourselves and for your transgressions is your mother put away {H07971 shalach}.

Ex 22:17 If her father utterly refuse to give her unto him he shall pay money according to the dowry of virgins .

Ezr 9:2 For they have taken of their daughters for themselves and for their sons: {H01121 ben} so that the holy seed have mingled themselves with the people of those lands: yea the hand of the princes {H08269 sar} and rulers hath been chief in this trespass .
Ezr 9:3 And when I heard {H08085 shama} this thing I rent my garment and my mantle and plucked off the hair of my head {H07218 roshe} and of my beard and sat down astonished {H08074 shamem}.
Ezr 9:4 Then were assembled unto me every one that trembled at the words of the God {H00430 elohiym} of Israel because of the transgression of those that had been carried away; and I sat astonished {H08074 shamem} until the evening sacrifice .
Ezr 9:5 And at the evening sacrifice I arose up from my heaviness; and having rent my garment and my mantle I fell upon my knees and spread out my hands unto the LORD {H03068 yhwh} my God {H00430 elohiym}.
Ezr 9:6 And said O my God {H00430 elohiym} I am ashamed {H00954 buwsh} and blush {H03637 kalam} to lift up my face {H06440 paniym} to thee my God: {H00430 elohiym} for our iniquities are increased over our head {H07218 roshe} and our trespass is grown up unto the heavens .
Ezr 9:7 Since the days of our fathers have we been in a great trespass unto this day; and for our iniquities have we our kings {H04428 melek} and our priests {H03548 kohen} been delivered into the hand of the kings {H04428 melek} of the lands to the sword to captivity and to a spoil and to confusion {H01322 bosheth} of face {H06440 paniym} as it is this day .
Ezr 9:8 And now for a little space grace hath been showed from the LORD {H03068 yhwh} our God {H00430 elohiym} to leave us a remnant to escape and to give us a nail in his holy place that our God {H00430 elohiym} may lighten our eyes and give us a little reviving in our bondage .
Ezr 9:9 For we were bondmen; yet our God {H00430 elohiym} hath not forsaken {H05800 azab} us in our bondage but hath extended mercy {H02617 checed} unto us in the sight {H06440 paniym} of the kings {H04428 melek} of Persia to give us a reviving to set up the house of our God {H00430 elohiym} and to repair the desolations {H02723 chorbah} thereof and to give us a wall in Judah and in Jerusalem .
Ezr 9:10 And now O our God {H00430 elohiym} what shall we say after this for we have forsaken {H05800 azab} thy commandments .
Ezr 9:11 Which thou hast commanded by thy servants the prophets {H05030 nabiy} saying The land unto which ye go to possess it is an unclean {H05079 niddah} land with the filthiness {H05079 niddah} of the people of the lands with their abominations {H08441 tow} which have filled it from one end to another with their uncleanness {H02932 tum}.
Ezr 9:12 Now therefore give not your daughters unto their sons {H01121 ben} neither take their daughters unto your sons {H01121 ben} nor seek their peace or their wealth {H02896 towb} forever: that ye may be strong {H02388 chazaq} and eat the good {H02898 tuwb} of the land and leave it for an inheritance to your children {H01121 ben} forever .

Ezr 9:14 Should we again break thy commandments and join in affinity {H02859 chathan} with the people of these abominations {H08441 tow} wouldest not thou be angry {H00599 anaph} with us till thou hadst consumed us so that there should be no remnant nor escaping.

Ezr 10:1 Now when Ezra had prayed {H06419 palal} and when he had confessed {H03034 yadah} weeping and casting himself down before {H06440 paniym} the house of God {H00430 elohiym} there assembled unto him out of Israel a very great congregation of men and women and children: for the people wept very sore .
Ezr 10:2 And Shechaniah the son {H01121 ben} of Jehiel one of the sons of Elam answered and said unto Ezra We have trespassed against our God {H00430 elohiym} and have taken strange {H05237 nokriy} wives of the people of the land: yet now there is hope {H04723 miqveh} in Israel concerning this thing .
Ezr 10:3 Now therefore let us make a covenant {H01285 beriyth} with our God {H00430 elohiym} to put away {H03318 yatsa} all the wives and such as are born of them according to the counsel of my lord and of those that tremble at the commandment of our God; {H00430 elohiym} and let it be done {H06213 asah} according to the law .
Ezr 10:4 Arise; for this matter belongeth unto thee: we also will be with thee: be of good courage {H02388 chazaq} and do {H06213 asah} it .
Ezr 10:5 Then arose Ezra and made the chief {H08269 sar} priests {H03548 kohen} the Levites and all Israel to swear {H07650 shaba} that they should do {H06213 asah} according to this word And they swore {H07650 shaba}.
Ezr 10:6 Then Ezra rose up from before the house of God {H00430 elohiym} and went into the chamber of Johanan the son {H01121 ben} of Eliashib: and when he came thither he did eat no bread nor drink water: for he mourned because of the transgression of them that had been carried away .
Ezr 10:7 And they made proclamation {H05674 abar} throughout Judah and Jerusalem unto all the children {H01121 ben} of the captivity that they should gather themselves together unto Jerusalem;.
Ezr 10:8 And that whosoever would not come within three days according to the counsel of the princes {H08269 sar} and the elders {H02205 zaqen} all his substance should be forfeited and himself separated from the congregation of those that had been carried away .
Ezr 10:9 Then all the men of Judah and Benjamin gathered themselves together unto Jerusalem within three days It was the ninth month on the twentieth day of the month; and all the people sat in the street of the house of God {H00430 elohiym} trembling because of this matter and for the great rain .
Ezr 10:10 And Ezra the priest {H03548 kohen} stood up and said unto them Ye have transgressed and have taken strange {H05237 nokriy} wives to increase the trespass of Israel .
Ezr 10:11 Now therefore make confession unto the LORD {H03068 yhwh} God {H00430 elohiym} of your fathers and do {H06213 asah} his pleasure: and separate yourselves from the people of the land and from the strange {H05237 nokriy} wives .
Ezr 10:12 Then all the congregation answered and said with a loud voice As thou hast said so must we do {H06213 asah}.
Ezr 10:14 Let now our rulers {H08269 sar} of all the congregation stand and let all them which have taken strange {H05237 nokriy} wives in our cities come at appointed times and with them the elders {H02205 zaqen} of every city and the judges {H08199 shaphat} thereof until the fierce {H02740 charown} wrath {H00639 aph} of our God {H00430 elohiym} for this matter be turned from us .
Ezr 10:16 And the children {H01121 ben} of the captivity did {H06213 asah} so And Ezra the priest {H03548 kohen} with certain chief {H07218 roshe} of the fathers after the house of their fathers and all of them by their names {H08034 shem} were separated and sat down in the first day of the tenth month to examine the matter .
Ezr 10:17 And they made an end with all the men that had taken strange {H05237 nokriy} wives by the first day of the first month .
Ezr 10:18 And among the sons of the priests {H03548 kohen} there were found that had taken strange {H05237 nokriy} wives: namely of the sons of Jeshua the son {H01121 ben} of Jozadak and his brethren; Maaseiah and Eliezer and Jarib and Gedaliah .
Ezr 10:19 And they gave their hands that they would put away {H03318 yatsa} their wives; and being guilty they offered a ram of the flock for their trespass .
Ezr 10:44 All these had taken strange {H05237 nokriy} wives: and some of them had wives by whom they had children {H01121 ben}.
