    - The Angel is the Elohim of Bethel, the one Jacob saw.
      
      Bethel = house of God. I am the God of the house of God.

  - 002 Ge 35:7 And he built there an altar, and called the place El - bethel: because there God appeared unto him, when he fled from the face, of his brother.

    - Elohim said, build an altar to the Elohim that appeared to you.
      
      El is the singular of Elohim, so the One appeared to Him was one of the Elohim, that El is the same as God.
      
      The verb appeared is plural. when they revealed Himself to Jacob.

  - 001 Ge 48:15 And he blessed Joseph, and said, God, before whom my fathers Abraham and Isaac did walk, the God which fed me all my life long, unto this day,
  - 002 Ge 48:16 The Angel which redeemed me from all, evil, bless the lads; and let my name be named on them, and the name of my fathers Abraham and Isaac; and let them grow into a multitude in the midst of the earth.

    - Elohim = God fed Jacob, th Angel redeemed him, Jacob, bless (singular) the lads. Elohim and the Angel is one God.
- V25 - Ex 19
  - 001 Ex 14:19 And the angel of God, which went before the camp of Israel, removed and went behind, them; and the pillar of the cloud went from before their face, and stood behind, them:

    - Very important - whatever is derived from scripture must be proved from scripture, not by a belief system, i.e. exegesis instead of isegesis.
      
      Also important, the Angel demands obedience - why would He not in the New Testament? - and He can forgive sin or not. What the Pharisees said, only YHWH could forgive sin.
