The Law of Moses is not applicable anymore - or is it? My thesis is that there are unchangable elements in his laws - the eternal laws of YHWH. Good, the rituals and state laws are not applicable anymore, they rituals were fulfilled and abolished by YESHUA, His work, cricifixion, death and resurrection. So are many aspects of the laws concerning defilement - only a small portion of the complete set is in this set - for a reason.
But YHWH is stil holy. His temple is still holy. He still destroys someone who pollutes His temple.
IF the laws/principles mentioned in the referenced verses are still applicable, we are in trouble. Deep trouble. Much blood has polluted this land - and still is. And it is not cleansed as murderers' blood are not used to cleanse the land - one example.
The extreme practices in some churches scream against heaven, in and amongst the people that constiture (supposed to be) the temple of YHWH.
Maybe it is time that we Christians wipe off the dust from Daniel and Nehemia's prayers - for this country and people.
