1 Man's performance - to be judged and condemned, cursed and punished - YHWH is merciful and compassionate and forgives and restores

1.4   V025 - To man - shame this day to Judah, and Jerusalem and all Israel in all earth where driven and banished because of treachery against YHWH

Da 9:7 O Lord, righteousness belongeth unto thee, but unto us confusion of faces, as at this day; to the men of Judah, and to the inhabitants of Jerusalem, and unto all Israel, that are near, and that are far off, through all the countries whither, thou hast driven them, because of their trespass that they have trespassed against thee..

1.5   V030 - YHWH is right in government and judgement

1.7   V040 - To YHWH compassion and forgiveness we had rebelled and revolted against Him

Da 9:9 To the Lord our God belong mercies and forgivenesses, though we have rebelled against him;.

1.8   V045 - Neither listened and obeyed the voice of YHWH to walk in His laws he set before us by way of His slaves the prophets

Da 9:10 Neither have we obeyed the voice of the LORD our God, to walk in his laws, which he set before us by his servants the prophets. .

1.9   V050 - All Israel hastrangressed the law avoiding and deposing it not to obey YHWH's voice therefore the curse is poured upon us that is written in the law of Moses the slave of YHWH for we missed the mark

1.10   V055 - As written in the law of Moses all the malignancy is come upon us yet we grieved not before YHWH our Elohiym to turn from our depravity and perversity and have insight and comprehension of truth and ethical knowledge

Da 9:13 As it is written in the law of Moses, all this evil is come upon us: yet made we not our prayer, before the LORD our God, that we might turn from our iniquities, and understand thy truth. .

1.11   V060 - Therefore YHWH watch uo the unpleasant and malignancy and brought it upon us for YHWH our Elohiym is right and just in all His works which He does - we have not heard nor obeyed His voice

Da 9:14 Therefore hath the LORD watched upon the evil, and brought it upon us: for the LORD our God is righteous in all his works which he doeth: for we obeyed not his voice. .

1.12   V065 - Now Adonay our Elohiym who brought us out of Egypt with a strong hand and obtained You a reputation and fame at this day - we have incurred guilt and acted like a witch wickedly

1.13   V070 - Adonay according to all Your rightness in government a plead let Your anger return from Jerusalem the holy mountain because of our sins and the depravity and perversity of our fathers Jerusalem and Your people and reproached and shamed to all around

1.14   V075 - Now therefore hear the prayer of Your slave and his pleading and cause Your face to shine upon the holy place that is devastated

Da 9:17 Now therefore, O our God, hear, the prayer of thy servant, and his supplications, and cause thy face to shine upon thy sanctuary that is desolate, for the Lord's sake., .

1.15   V080 - My Elohiym, stretch out and extend Your ear and hear and perceive and observe our desolations and the city called by Your name we do not fall prostrate before You for our righteousness but for Your great and abundant womb - like compassion

Da 9:18 O my God, incline thine ear, and hear; open thine eyes, and behold our desolations, and the city which is called by thy name: for we do not present our supplications before thee for our righteousnesses, but for thy great mercies. .

1.16   V085 - Adonay, Hear Adonay, forgive and pardon Adonay, be attentive and incline ear, do not delay for Your sake my Elohiym for the city and You people called by Your name

Da 9:19 O Lord, hear; O Lord, forgive; O Lord, hearken and do; defer not, for thine own sake, O my God: for thy city and thy people are called by thy name. .
