Lot's wife is a very important checkpoint - are we so attached to the wicked and polluted world that we cannot but long and look back to the "good" life? Maybe sin? Possibly feeling sorry for the wicked that, at that moment, was experiencing the wrath of the holy and just Elohim? We need to get our attachments sorted out. When YHWH's wrath is explodes on mankind, it is not a pretty sight to behold, and worse to be the subject of it.
A very accute, intense decision awaits us, to take the mark or not. Continue to be part of a modern functioning society, or being an outcast, reverting to the stone age - without the area to hunt and gather, rather hunted by the sophisticated war machine of the aCbeast, the guillotine or sword awaiting to sever the head and body.
